  • Work closely with product management, design and internal teams to understand needs of our customers and quickly iterate to build features.
  • Hold yourself accountable for engineering excellence, our customers depend on you to build flawless scalable systems.
  • Take on green field opportunities as we attack new markets with features and products.
  • Have the opportunity to explore and build features across the entire technical stack, from the database all the way to the clients.

Job Description

You will:

  • Build our Risk Systems platform, a key strategic asset of Naborly, used to catch fraud and mitigate fraud across all Naborly products, as well as power machine learning models on Risk and non-Risk applications.
  • Design and implement high-volume, low-latency, real-time risk decisioning systems.
  • Design and implement large scale Hadoop-based systems to synthesize all data at Naborly for machine learning purposes.
  • Work closely with our Machine Learning Platform to seamlessly integrate risk controls
  • Build systems that manage customers’ sensitive data and hold Naborly to the highest standards for security and compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally with our product, analytics and operations team to stay on top of risk trends and respond quickly to new fraud vectors.
  • See the big picture to design fault tolerant systems so the team can be brave, move fast, and break things, without ever showing a negative impact to customers.
Qualifications

Marketing

Job Description
You will:
  • Provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales team in all stages of marketing and sales campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
  • Support the marketing/sales team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web).
  • Prepare promotional presentations.
  • Help distribute marketing materials.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Help organize events.
Requirements:
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords).
